Delight Sri Lankan style Curry powder is a master blend made by legendary Sri Lankan home cook, the late great Merlin Fernando. This recipe was passed down to her 5 children, who after her demise have created one of the best Sri Lankan style curry powders in the market. 

The spices used in this product are all grown in a family estate which spans over 50 acres. This product is processed and packaged in a state of the art facility, packed in triple laminated bags to maintain the product's freshness. Perfect for use in meat and vegetable curries, as seasonings in snacks, marinades and rice. 

This product is non-GMO with no artificial flavours, colourings or preservatives. While Delight Spices is HACCP and GMP certified, all Delight products also undergo laboratory testing at the National Measurement Institute (NMI) of Australia
